Borrower Requirements

  • Experience:  Borrower and / or GC must have previously completed three renovation or new construction projects

  • Credit score of 650 or higher

  • LLC documents

  • Liquidity to pay 6 months of interest post-close

Loan Requirements

  • Purchase contract

  • Construction budget

  • Builder’s Risk and Liability Insurance

  • Architectural plans (new construction)
